As the holiday season approaches, feelings of loss and grief can become more challenging to manage. Tru Outreach invites you to join our supportive group session, “Coping with Grief before the Holidays,” where you can find solace, understanding, and guidance during this emotional time.

- LJ the Medium – Grief Counselor
Together, they will provide insights, coping strategies, and an open space for sharing and support to help you navigate grief in a healthy, meaningful way. Whether you’re dealing with recent loss or longstanding grief, this session offers a chance to connect with others who understand what you’re going through.
